Shipping Policies
Deliveries are provided by Canada Post. Delivery time for packages sent by standard delivery in Canada is 2 to 10 business days. Deliveries are processed from Monday to Friday inclusively. In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, L’Essentiel by MF must be notified within 2 weeks (14 days) of the date of purchase in order to initiate a claim with Canada Post. Orders reported lost after the 14-day period cannot be retraced and therefore cannot be refunded. Any evidence of delivery through the Canada Post system to the consignee will constitute clear and uncontested proof of delivery.
No refunds will be given if you do not accept a package shipped directly to you, but a credit will be issued for your future purchase, less shipping costs for future deliveries. All online purchases are treated as a contract of purchase and this contract must be honoured. Should you receive a damaged product, or if your product has been damaged due to improper packaging, please report this immediately upon reception.
Free delivery is applicable on all invoices over $250 (before taxes).

Some remote areas in Canada can only be accessed by air. In these cases, free shipping is not provided and additional shipping charges may apply. For shipping to these destinations, please contact us so that we may inform you of shipping rates prior to placing your order.
For United States orders, L’Essentiel par MF reserves the right not to send it free of charge if standard delivery does not apply.
Inventory
Our inventory is updated daily on our website. However, the physical inventory in our store and our online boutique may differ. If the purchased item is no longer in our inventory, we will notify you by email or by phone and your purchase will be immediately refunded.
Returns and Refunds Policy
L’Essentiel by MF will make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your package within 7 days of its reception, under the following terms and conditions:
Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense.
All merchandise must be returned with its original labels and packaging. Clothing and accessories must not have been worn or washed. Les items doivent être retournés avec leurs étiquettes et leur emballage d’origine. Les vêtements et accessoires ne doivent pas avoir été ni portés, ni lavés.
Swimsuits cannot be exchanged or refunded, as well as any items on sale with a 20% discount or more. Items with a discount less than 20% can only be exchanged (credit of the same applicable amount will be valid for a period of 3 months). Exchanges or refunds will be acknowledged by email and once we have received and inspected the items, they will be refunded directly to your credit card.

When making a purchase on the site www.lessentielmf.com, you agree to receive our newsletter informing you of our new models and promotions. However, if you no longer wish to receive them, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the newsletter.
